Step 2: Schedule a Free Live Meeting or Video Call Appointment

We will reach out to you to schedule a convenient time for a free live meeting or video call. This appointment allows us to have a more in-depth conversation about your wishes, expectations, and desired travel experience.

Step 3: Live Meeting or Video Call

During the live meeting or video call, our dedicated team will attentively listen to your desires and expectations. We'll discuss your preferred travel dates, safari duration, group size, and any other essential details to ensure we fully understand your vision.

Step 4: Travel Plan Optimization within 4 Weeks

Within four weeks of our meeting, we will meticulously craft a travel plan tailored to your specifications. Our expert team will optimize the itinerary, taking into account your preferences, budget, and the best experiences your chosen destination has to offer.

Step 5: Acceptance or 2 Alterations

Upon receiving the travel plan, you have the option to accept it or request up to two alterations. We want to ensure that the itinerary meets your expectations and aligns perfectly with your dream safari.

Step 6: Deposit to Confirm the BookingTo secure your booking, we will require a deposit. Details about the deposit amount and payment options will be provided to you in a clear and transparent manner.

Step 7: Confirmation Note/Invoice

Once we receive your deposit, we will promptly send you a confirmation note/invoice. This document will serve as proof of your booking and outline the remaining balance and payment schedule.

Step 8: Payment in Full 8 weeks before departure

Eight weeks prior to your departure, the remaining balance must be paid in full as outlined in the confirmation note/invoice. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and payment methods to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
